Not a filter. The photograph is redrawn — composition kept, everything else reconsidered — and pressed onto the page as if it had always been there.
You choose the ink once, before the drawing is made. One drawing per page.
Pages you turn
with your thumb.
No tab bar. No feed. A cover with your name pressed into it, a contents page that fills as the year goes on, and a next blank page that’s always waiting.
At the end of December the book closes. In January, a new volume.
To make a drawing, your photograph is sent once and drawn once. The only copy lives in your book, on your phone. We couldn’t show it to anyone if we wanted to. Read the privacy policy.
Most days slip past unrecorded.
Not because they didn’t matter — because a photo roll is a poor place to keep them.
